Refund Policy for Softweblink

This Refund Policy describes how HDPI Softweblink Solutions LLP (“Softweblink”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) manages refunds for payments made toward our website development, designing, and digital marketing services.

We aim to deliver complete satisfaction through our work. However, if you are not satisfied, this policy explains when and how refunds may apply.

1. Website Development & Design Services

• If you cancel within 7 days of project commencement, you are eligible for a 90% refund of the total project cost, provided no major design or development milestone has been completed.

• If partial work has been done, a proportionate refund will be processed based on the work completed.

• Once the final website is approved, tested, or delivered to the client, no refund will be provided.

2. Digital Marketing Services

• If services are cancelled before campaign execution begins, a partial refund will be provided after deducting setup and planning charges.

• Once the campaign is live or ads have been executed, no refund will be applicable.

• We may, however, revise campaign strategies to meet client goals before considering refunds.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

• Clients can raise a refund request via email at [email protected] mentioning the project name, invoice number, and reason for request.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to the original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer).

• Payment gateway or transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The project or campaign has been fully completed or delivered.

• The delay in progress is caused by client-side inaction or communication gaps.

• The client requests major scope changes after project commencement.

5. Policy Updates

Softweblink reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
