Cancellation Policy for Softweblink

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel services purchased from HDPI Softweblink Solutions LLP (“Softweblink”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

We aim to provide high-quality website development, digital marketing, and IT services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation.

1. Service Cancellation by Client

• Clients may request cancellation of any service by contacting us at [email protected] or via their project manager.

• For website development or design projects, cancellations made within 7 days of project commencement are eligible for a 90% refund, provided no major milestones have been completed.

• For digital marketing services, cancellations can be made before the start of the next billing cycle. Any prepaid amount for upcoming cycles will be refunded after deduction of work already completed.

• No cancellation or refund is permitted once a project has been fully delivered or approved by the client.

2. Service Cancellation by Softweblink

Softweblink reserves the right to cancel any order or service due to:

• Non-payment or delayed payment by the client.

• Violation of our Terms of Service or use of our services for illegal or unethical activities.

• Technical or operational reasons that prevent us from delivering the service.

In such cases, clients will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.

3. Process for Cancellation

To request cancellation, please email [email protected] with the following details:

• Full name

• Registered email address

• Project or order ID

• Reason for cancellation

Our support team will verify and confirm your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds After Cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy and credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days, depending on the payment provider (Razorpay, UPI, or bank).

5. Third-Party Services

Cancellations or refunds for third-party tools, hosting, domains, or ad credits purchased via Softweblink are subject to the respective vendor’s terms and are non-refundable once activated.
